Welcome to VEE. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using VEE’s mobile app or website (“VEE” or “the App”), you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use VEE. We are committed to fostering a safe cooking community, so these rules cover your responsibilities, content rights, and what you can expect from VEE.

VEE does not and cannot prescreen all content. We rely on this community to flag issues. If you see something that violates these rules, you can report it to our support team. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Third-Party Services
VEE may integrate or link with third-party services (such as analytics tools, hosting providers, or payment processors). For example, we might use Google Analytics to understand how the app is used, or Amazon Web Services to store data. Any such third-party tools have their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review them. VEE is not responsible for third-party actions, and you use any linked services at your own risk.
If you make any purchases (e.g. future premium content or cooking classes), those transactions will go through payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal). VEE only provides the platform; we do not handle or store your payment information. You must comply with the third party’s terms for payments and know that VEE is not liable for payment disputes.
5. Account Termination and Modification
VEE may modify or discontinue features of the App at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. We do not have to give you a reason. If we terminate your account for breach of these rules, we may remove your content from the App. Otherwise, you may delete your own account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. VEE does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App is error-free or secure. For example, recipes and cooking tips are user-generated and might be inaccurate; VEE is not responsible for the accuracy of user content. You agree that use of VEE is at your own risk.
No legal or medical advice: Cooking guidance, especially dietary or safety advice, is provided by users or AI predictions. We are not chefs or doctors, so VEE’s content should not replace professional advice. Always use kitchen equipment carefully and follow official guidelines for food safety.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VEE and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from: lost data, lost profits, damages caused by other users, outages, or any actions you take in reliance on the App. If you have a dispute with another user (for example, from chats or shared content), you release VEE from any claims related to that dispute. In sum, VEE’s total liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App, or one month of service fees if you’re a free user.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VEE, its employees and partners from any claims or demands (including legal fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of VEE, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of VEE are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts in Cairo.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time (for example, to comply with new laws or add features). If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice in the App or via email. Continued use of VEE after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
